The idea of Willy's Wild Carvings emerged when
Willy Tuz started his job at the Adam's Mark Hotel
in Grand Junction Colorado as a Banquet Manager
overseing all the special events.
He realized that it was missing something unique
and special, that final touch due to lack of time or
know-how. He added his passion for fruit and
vegetable carvings to any special events.
With his extensive knowledge in culinary carvings
after working in Cruise Ship companies and
traveling around the world, he decided to launch his own company and Willy's Wild Carvings, Edible fruit Designs was born.
Watermelon carving design centerpieces became favorites for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings and any special events in Western Colorado.
An article in The Daily sentinel of Grand Junction helped shed light on Willy's
culinary carvings. His work has been feautured in The Daily Sentinel of Grand Junction, NBC KKCO 11 News, FOX 4, KREX TV Channel 5, KJCT8, TownsQuare Media, KEKB 99.9 FM Colorado Country, Telemundo.
We recently partnership with Fruit Bouquets by 1800-Flowers to offer an entirely new line of edible fruit arragements.
We are now in the process of shipping our culinary carvings across the Country.
